Sale and Supply of Goods and Services

Members of chambers have also advised on and acted in disputes as to the provision of services and supply chain disputes arising out of regulatory issues and are experienced in the contractual and regulatory problems which these cases present.

Recent examples include disputes concerning liability for the supply of products contaminated with unlawful red dye, liability where regulatory change meant that cosmetic ingredients were non-compliant and the incidence of contractual liability to arrange motoring insurance for holidays.
