Members of Chambers have substantial experience in commercial fraud cases, both criminal and civil, on topics ranging from mortgage fraud, VAT and tax fraud, to investment fraud.

Our property specialisation lies particularly in the areas of mortgages, disputes over interests in land and landlord and tenant.

Our common law specialisations include professional negligence.

Member of chambers also have expertise in the following areas:
