James Ross
James graduated from King's College London in 2005 with a first in Law and was called by the Inner Temple (Major and Duke of Edinburgh Scholarships) in 2006. James practises in all aspects of consumer and regulatory litigation, especially consumer credit, sale of goods, food safety, environmental protection and trade descriptions. He acts for individuals, companies and prosecuting authorities, and has appeared before a broad range of tribunals including magistrates' and county courts, the Crown Court and the High Court. He appears regularly in motor finance claims on the fast and multi tracks. James also has particular experience in relation to consumer claims for the return of bank and credit card default charges. Outside the law, James enjoys racquet sports and in his limited spare time is studying for a postgraduate diploma in Economics at the London School of Economics.
