Consumer and Trading Law Cases

We specialise in ConsumerCredit Law, Trading Standards, Food Law, Environmental Health, Health and Safety and other regulatory issues.

In chambers we maintain a library of cases covering the consumer and trading law spheres, covering reported and unreported decisions. This area is often under-represented in the mainstream law reports and in 2007 we decided to produce our own set of law reports to address this deficiency. The reports are produced six times a year, at an annual subscription of £60. Consumer and Trading Law Cases will supplement our quarterly Trading Law Bulletin, giving full reports of cases selected from the summaries, covering areas including trade descriptions, prices, consumer credit, unfair terms, weights and measures and regulatory enforcement of such areas.
